  • Anyone expecting a keynote. Two thirds of this is people talking to each other.

How many people can attend?

Eight to twenty-four. Below eight the practice pairs stop working. Above twenty-four the reps get thin and people hide.

On-site or virtual?

Both. The virtual version runs the same four hours using breakout rooms for every rep.

Is the kit included in the seat price?

Yes. One per participant, and they keep it, including the first year of Super Coach.

What if we want to go further afterwards?

The Coaching Academy picks up where this ends and adds measurement.
