How it runs

How certification works.

The goal is your independence. Everything here is built to get you delivering without us.

  1. Stage 1

    Select

    Identify four to twelve internal facilitators against the certification criteria.

  2. Stage 2

    Certify

    Five days on-site covering the framework, the facilitation craft, and assessed practice delivery.

  3. Stage 3

    Supervise

    Each facilitator delivers one live workshop with a CLEAR coach observing and giving feedback.

  4. Stage 4

    Sign off

    Certification granted per facilitator. The delivery licence activates.

  5. Stage 5

    Sustain

    Annual recertification, content updates, and quarterly office hours.

A good fit

  • Organizations running CLEAR at roughly 200 learners or more
  • Multi-site or multi-shift operations where travel costs stack up
  • Companies with an existing L&D function and facilitators to draw on
  • Anyone who has already run at least one cohort successfully

Not this one

  • Organizations that have not run a cohort yet. Do the Academy first.
  • Teams without anyone who can facilitate. Certification does not create facilitators.
  • A one-time rollout. The economics only work at repeat volume.
