Shipping Policy

Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. For international orders, please contact us at shipping@clearperformancecoaching.com.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of receipt. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.
Bulk Orders
For orders of 10 or more kits, please contact us at shipping@clearperformancecoaching.com. We offer volume pricing and can arrange special shipping arrangements for large orders.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at shipping@clearperformancecoaching.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
