What exactly happens after Year 1?
Nothing happens unless you decide it should. Super Coach is opt-in after the first year at $99 per user per year. There is no automatic renewal, no card kept on file, and no charge without your say-so. If you do nothing, the cards, Quick Start Guide and videos keep working exactly as they always did.
Can I buy with a purchase order?
Yes, on orders of 10 or more. and we will set up the PO and invoice.
Is this the same content as the Coaching Academy?
The cards are the same. The Academy adds live facilitation, weekly reps, peer accountability and capability measurement at baseline and Day 90.
How many kits do I need for a team?
One per leader. The cards are used in conversation, so leaders need their own deck rather than sharing one.
